How it works

Five steps. No manual work.

Compared with dispatching by voice, the time from the call to the patrol's arrival is 65% shorter (based on 1,000,000 orders).

  1. 1

The alarm comes in from the alarm system you already use.

  2. 2

The system picks the best free patrol and sends the site to its tablet.

  3. 3

The patrol confirms. On refusal or timeout the alarm moves on to the next one.

  4. 4

Navigation along the best route to the address, with a new route on any detour.

  5. 5

The customer gets an SMS, and everything stays in the reports.

Features

The whole shift, on one screen.

Six modules - from taking the alarm to the report on it.

1 / 6

Dispatch panel

Everything runs automatically, but under control - the dispatcher sees every patrol and every task in real time and takes over by hand when needed.

  • Patrol positions and status in real time
  • Tracking of every task
  • Manual control over a task when needed
  • All guarded sites on the map
  • All patrols on the map
  • Real-time event monitoring

Structure

One centre. The whole country.

SSNAVIGATOR connects to the alarm system you already use. No regional offices are needed - the work across the whole country is run from just one.

  • Alarm system - a link to the one your company already has
  • Internet - a reliable connection at the dispatch centre
  • Private APN - through a mobile operator, for the link to the patrols
SSNAVIGATOR diagram - a site with an alarm panel, the company's alarm system, the SSNAVIGATOR server, internet and private APN, the patrol cars with tablets and the dispatchers

Add-ons

More safety for the patrols.

The add-ons are paid separately and added when needed.

  • Panic button

A hidden button in the car. When pressed, the dispatch centre gets a signal and sees where the patrol that needs help is.

  • Call recording

The VOIP calls between the patrol and the dispatcher are recorded.

  • SMS to the customer

The customer learns at once about the alarm and which patrol is at the address. It needs a contract with an SMS provider.
